Wet face, apply a small amount of TBH Gentle Face Cleanser to hands and work into lather. Gently wash and rinse, do not scrub
Follow with TBH Body Lotion after shower
Hold TBH Deodorant stick to skin as it will soften on contact, gently apply a small amount underarms
Using gentle circular motion, hold TBH Scalp Massager to scalp to increase circulation and relax scalp muscles
