It’s great for sensitive skin and eliminates little armpit smells. My little girl is very active and sweats, so she developed a little underarm odor. I did a patch test with the deodorant on my daughter’s leg, and after 24 hours, she was fine. We started her on TBH the next day since there was no allergic reaction. It was a bit difficult to apply at first, but I followed directions and held it against her arm for 30 seconds to a minute, and it softened with no problem.
